Friday Flicks: Buck Nest

With deer season in full swing, there is nothing more important than gathering every bit of knowledge to help make your next hunt more successful. The Buck Nest, from Midwest Whitetail is one of those videos that has had a lasting impact on the way I have viewed buck bedding, and the importance of using observation sits.

As you watch buck after buck stand up out of this slough of tall grass it puts a visual perspective of primary bedding, dominant buck behavior, and satellite bedding. It will give you a different view of the tolerance that bucks have of one another, and the hierarchy that is in play in bedding areas.

While everything the Bill Winke and Midwest Whitetail puts out is worth paying attention to, Their public land videos and blogs are as addicting as caffeine.  Be sure to check them out.
