Friday Flick: Coho Salmon Run

Sometimes with the excitement we get over the fall hunting seasons, we forget about all of the amazing fishing opportunities that the fall brings. With the weather turning cooler, anglers know that fish begin to feed in preparation for a long winter, and it brings some of the most exciting action of the year. This weeks Friday Flick is brought to you by a young man out of Northern Michigan who’s YouTube channel is known as Fish Fray, as he captures some amazing footage of the Coho Salmon run on the Platte River.

Using his drone he is able to catch images of pods of thousands of fish quickly making their way through the small stream, moving fluently together similar to an amoeba .

Hope you enjoy!
